The Director, Marketing will play a critical role in shaping brand identity, driving demand generation, and aligning marketing strategy with product and commercial goals. This role offers the opportunity to establish and shape the function from the ground up, creating the framework, processes, and strategies that will guide future success.
The successful candidate will possess 8+ years of progressive marketing experience in a B2B SaaS environment, including 4+ years in a leadership role. They will have a proven track record leading brand refresh initiatives, product launches, and demand generation campaigns tied to commercial outcomes.
Key responsibilities include :
Lead a comprehensive refresh of PowerPlan’s brand identity
Oversee corporate communications to ensure consistent, impactful messaging aligned with product strategy
Develop and execute innovative demand generation campaigns that drive pipeline growth and new customer acquisition
Partner with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver coordinated, cross-functional GTM strategies for new product launches
Leverage AI-driven tools to automate and accelerate marketing execution
