Graduate Student Intern

LGT Capital Partners is searching for a graduate student intern who is interested in gaining exposure to real estate private equity. The intern will work as a member of the real estate investment team assisting in various functions relating to the investment process, including :

Assisting with updating proprietary research

Assisting with preparation of investment materials, including track record and valuation analyses

Performing financial analyses on funds, real estate and / or deal structures

Analyzing property market fundamentals

Assisting with investment evaluation / performance monitoring

Other projects as needed
