E-Commerce and Growth Lead

Entropy Survival is one of the fastest-growing brands in the survival and preparedness space — going from zero to $30K in monthly revenue in just a few months. With ROAS north of 500% on Google and consistently strong Meta performance, we’ve validated the demand.

Now, we’re looking for a hands-on eCommerce and Growth Lead to take us from tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands in monthly sales

Tasks

You’ll own the digital revenue engine — from Shopify CRO and Klaviyo flows to influencer programs and paid strategy. You’ll join a founder-led business that’s growing fast, supported by Bifrost Studios operators and backed by real traction. This is a roll-up-your-sleeves role for a growth marketer who thrives on both strategy and execution.

What You’ll Do :

• Lead CRO and Shopify optimization to maximize conversion and AOV
• Build high-performing Klaviyo email / SMS automations
• Oversee agency performance (Google, Meta) and ROAS tracking
• Launch and execute influencer / affiliate campaigns (TikTok, YouTube)
• Manage creative output for new product launches and campaigns
• Experiment relentlessly — from pricing to UX to retention strategies
