E-Commerce Manager

Hybrid | Hood River, OR

Windance is one of the top surf shops in the U.S., and we’re looking for a proactive E-Commerce Manager to take our online store to the next level. This role combines website operations, digital marketing, data analysis, and tech troubleshooting to drive growth and deliver a seamless online experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage Shopify product listings, pricing, content, and inventory
  • Optimize SEO, UX / UI, and PPC campaigns for sales growth
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Solve tech challenges, manage integrations, and streamline systems
  • Collaborate with contractors, influencers, and staff to execute strategy

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years e-commerce experience (Shopify / B2C preferred)
  • Strong Excel + data skills (SQL / Python / R a plus)
  • Familiar with Google Ads / Analytics, Meta, Lightspeed
  • Organized, tech-savvy, and proactive
  • Bachelor’s degree + strong communication skills
  • Windsports experience (or willingness to learn!)
