Project Manager – Ground Up Construction

A well-established General Contractor in Phoenix, Arizona is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead ground-up commercial construction projects. This is a long-term opportunity with a company known for high-quality execution and consistent repeat business.

About the Role :

The Project Manager will oversee all phases of construction, from preconstruction through project closeout. The ideal candidate will have experience managing commercial ground-up projects ranging from $5M to $25M, possess strong leadership skills, and have the ability to collaborate effectively with owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the planning, scheduling, budgeting, and overall management of assigned construction projects
• Coordinate and communicate with field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients
• Manage project financials including cost tracking, forecasting, and change orders
• Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and company standards
• Oversee project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and contracts
• Maintain a focus on safety, quality, and schedule adherence
• Participate in project meetings and report on status and progress
