Selectek has an immediate need for a Transportation Planning Manager in the Raleigh, NC area. Base salary is $100K-$140K, unlimited PTO and 100% paid employee medical.

Required :

• BS in Planning or related field
• 8+ years of experience in transportation planning / proficiency in the application of planning techniques on a wide range of project types
• Experience working in a multi-disciplinary engineering environment
• GIS software experience
• NEPA / SEPA experience
• American Institute of Certified Planning (AICP) credentials
Preferred :
• PE
• Experience working with NCDOT

Job Responsibilities :

Job Order Details :

Leadership / People=person job, planning services and documents on state and municipal projects. Lead planning team, manage transportation planners, direct client coordination, and manage planning schedules. They will produce consistent and high-quality planning services and documents on state and municipal projects. This is a TEAM LEAD role. There is a junior planner in this department. Need to have the AICP credentials. 120+ Employee Company between 3 locations (Raleigh, Durham & Charlotte) About 80 here at main office.

3 DEPARTMENTS INCLUDE :

Pay Range : $100,000 - $140,000 base + amazing benefits and unlimited PTO

Term of assignment : Direct

Pay method when direct : Salary

Location of Job : Raleigh, NC 27603

Hours & Shift : 40 hours a week; can work five 8-hour days OR four 9-hour days with a 1 / 2 day Friday

Work from home : YES : Monday Wednesday in office, Thursday Friday - WFH

Work remote : No

Travel : Occasional public meetings
