We are seeking a driven and technically proficient Product Manager to lead the strategy, product development, roadmap, and lifecycle management for our panelboards, remote power panels (RPPs), power distribution units (PDUs) and other Data Center solutions. This role is central to delivering innovative, reliable, and cost-effective power distribution solutions across mission-critical applications such as data centers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES :

  • Engage with customers to understand their specific needs and requirements related to panelboards, remote power panels (RPPs), and power distribution units (PDUs). Translate those requirements into clear and concise product specifications.
  • Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for panelboards, remote power panels (RPPs), and power distribution units (PDUs).
  • Maintain a deep understanding of electrical distribution systems, applicable industry standards (e.g., UL, NEC, IEC), and emerging technologies in power management.
  • Work closely with engineering and R&D teams to drive the development and enhancement of panelboards, remote power panels (RPPs), and power distribution units (PDUs). Define product specifications, features, and functionality based on customer and market requirements.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and threats.
  • Lead product launches and coordinate marketing efforts for successful market entry.
  • Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years in electrical or power distribution equipment.
  • Strong working knowledge of panelboards, RPPs, PDUs, or similar low-voltage power distribution products.
  • Experience with mission-critical equipment for data centers.
  • Project management experience leading product development and launch activities.
  • Familiarity with UL, NEC, IEC, or similar regulatory and compliance standards.
  • Background in ETO and CTO industrial manufacturing environments, a plus.
