Must Haves :

3–5 years leading multiple landscape construction projects and supervising crews in the field.
Proven ability all phases of project management —scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and quality control—for complex design / build installations.
Computer savvy with Aspire, Bluebeam and other construction PM software.

Salary $90–$120K;

As Senior Construction Project Manager , you’ll direct the successful completion of standout landscape projects throughout Maltby and Puget Sound.

What You'll Do :

Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and your team through professional, transparent communication.

Supervise field operations, track project progress, and handle critical materials and change orders to keep everything on schedule.

Run weekly team and safety meetings, keep accurate crew records for payroll and job costing, and support ongoing innovation in best construction practices.
