Intensive Home-Based / Substance Use Disorder Therapist

We are seeking an Intensive Home-Based Therapist / Substance Use Disorder Therapist (LMSWs, LLMSWs, LPCs, or LLPCs) who is passionate about working with adolescents and their families involved in the Juvenile Justice and Child Welfare systems. Candidates should have knowledge of, or a strong interest in, treatment approaches that support individuals in recovery from substance use.

This full-time position includes training and supervision in both the Intensive Home-Based Therapy model and substance use disorder prevention and treatment. Our Intensive Home-Based Therapy program provides services directly in the home and community, creating the greatest opportunity for meaningful change while allowing children to remain with their families. Therapists will be trained in the evidence-based model used to deliver these services and will work closely with other providers and community supports to ensure comprehensive care.

We are looking for a candidate who works well as part of a team and can contribute to the excellence of all aspects of the program. Preference will be given to therapists who already hold a substance use disorder credential (CAADC), though those interested in pursuing this credential will also be considered.

Required experience :

Clinical Social Work or Counseling Experience : 1 year minimum

Required education :

Masters degree in social work or counseling with valid license

CAADC or Development Plan preferred
