This opportunity is full-time at 40 hours per week with a flex schedule available, offers full benefits and a convenient night shift schedule. On-call requirement. Clinical Supervisor Job Requirements
Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program. BSN preferred. Minimum of one year full time or three years part time experience in acute care specialty nursing. One to three years supervisory experience preferred. Certification in specialty preferred. Current American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, and / or required specialty training or course completion (current upon hire) as required by specialty. Current Florida nursing license. Must successfully pass any pre-employment assessment(s) required by the facility.
Role and Provides shift to shift oversight for clinical practice, staffing, patient flow, safety, service, and utilization of resources for daily. Maintains the environment of care. Provides care to patients in a competent, capable, caring and efficient manner. Care provided is appropriate to the age of the patients. Role models organizational values. Provides real-time feedback to staff to improve performance. Leads / Participates in department process improvement to improve projects outcomes. Facilitates employee engagement activities including professional / shared governance participation.
