In-House Employment Counsel

Overview

A large, diversified Florida entertainment company is seeking an in-house attorney to manage employment, labor, and litigation matters, working with Human Resources and outside counsel to manage claims and other employment-related matters. Candidates must have 3+ years of employment litigation experience at a law firm or company. Experience in Federal courts preferred; candidates will help manage outside counsel and regulatory and general corporate matters. This is a flex-remote position, with the attorney working full-time in the Sarasota-area HQ for a six-week period, and then from home 1 or 2 days a week. Outstanding compensation package including annual bonus and comprehensive benefits.
