About The Position

Job Title : Critical Care Registered Nurse

Profession : Registered Nurse

Hours per Shift : 12

Experience : Minimum of 2 years of recent Critical Care experience in a similar healthcare setting.

License : Current RN Licensure required for the state.

Certifications : Current BLS and ACLS certification (AHA).

Must-Have :

• English (Speak, Read, Write)
• Previous Charge Experience preferred
• Patient Ratio Experience : 2-3

Description :

The Critical Care Registered Nurse is responsible for the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

The nurse clearly communicates, both orally and in writing, to foster understanding of the treatment plan among staff and patients.

Sensitivity to the patient's needs, such as physical, spiritual, and emotional aspects, is essential, along with evaluating responses to care delivery.

Support and promotion of quality patient care initiatives are critical aspects of the role.

The nurse effectively manages department and patient activities in a time-efficient manner to ensure organized and proficient care delivery.

Quality customer service must be provided to patients, families, coworkers, and other members of the interdisciplinary healthcare team to create a professional and respectful environment.
