Enterprise Application Engineer

A company is looking for an Enterprise Application Engineer to support the Helix platform for internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot complex client applications and resolve technical issues escalated from support levels

Support the implementations team with technical client setups and modify software as necessary

Document product / application defects and serve as an escalation point for team members

Required Qualifications

2 years of related support experience

Experience with enterprise / mid-sized software support or delivery

Strong understanding of remote tools and networking

Experience with Windows Server, IIS configuration, and service management

Advanced database knowledge with MS SQL preferred
