In this leadership role, you will oversee all aspects of the fresh foods department, including Deli & Bakery. Your responsibilities will include managing inventory, ensuring product quality, training and supervising staff, as well as implementing strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the fresh foods department, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Train, supervise, and motivate department staff to ensure exceptional customer service and effective teamwork.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and collaborate with suppliers to ensure a steady supply of products.
• Develop and implement promotional strategies to drive sales and enhance product visibility.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations regarding food handling and sanitation.
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and growth.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate timely promotions and special events.
