Insight Global is hiring Connected Care Assistants to support a fast-growing, mission-driven virtual care organization that’s transforming how people access and navigate healthcare. As a Connected Care Assistant (CCA), you’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless and compassionate experience for members enrolled in innovative care programs, including virtual primary care and coordinated health services. You’ll engage directly with members through calls, chats, and proactive outreach—helping them navigate their benefits, initiate service requests, and manage care plan tasks. While this role doesn’t involve clinical decision-making, you’ll work closely with a dedicated clinical team to ensure every member feels supported and empowered throughout their care journey.
