Senior Payroll Specialist

A company is looking for a Senior Payroll Specialist responsible for end-to-end payroll processing for US operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Direct oversight of the full payroll cycle, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Intake and resolution of payroll inquiries and requests within set SLAs using Jira

Coordination with payroll vendors for efficient payroll processing and issue resolution

Required Qualifications :

Demonstrated experience in payroll processing and systems (Workday and UKG preferred)

Strong critical thinking skills

Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Google Docs

Prior experience in payroll management within a fast-paced environment

Ability to maintain accurate payroll documentation and ensure data integrity
