Requirements : Education :

High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience :

Call center : 1 year (Preferred)

Customer service : 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to commute and work your assigned shift :

Chicopee, MA / Albany, NY : Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required).
