Shift : MondayFriday days with weekend and on-call rotation as needed

Job Description :

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking an experienced Home Health RN for a travel assignment in Greenville, NC. This role requires strong OASIS assessment skills and proficiency with Homecare Homebase (HCHB). Nurses will provide in-home care while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure patients receive the highest quality support and education.

Key Responsibilities :

Deliver direct patient care in the home setting

Complete OASIS documentation accurately and in a timely manner

Utilize Homecare Homebase (HCHB) for charting and care coordination

Provide patient and caregiver education to encourage independence

Communicate effectively with physicians and care teams for optimal outcomes

Qualifications :

Active RN license in North Carolina

Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, including at least 1 year in home health

Proficiency in OASIS and Homecare Homebase (HCHB) required

Reliable transportation, valid drivers license, and auto insurance

Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission
