Job Summary :

The Rehab Therapy Team Leader is pivotal in leading and managing a team of recruiters dedicated to placing physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists in travel assignments nationwide. This role directly impacts the success of our Rehab Therapy division by driving branch performance, meeting sales and recruiting goals, and developing top-notch recruiting professionals.

In this dual-role position, you will maintain your own recruiting desk while mentoring Junior and Senior Recruiters to elevate their performance and drive their success. You'll build strong relationships with therapy candidates, understand their career aspirations, and guide them through the travel healthcare process. Collaborating across departments will be essential to meet client expectations and optimize fill rates, revenue, and profitability.

Responsibilities :

• Maintain a minimum of 15 active Travelers on your personal desk.
• Achieve the target of 20 Travelers onboarded over a designated period.
• Provide coaching and daily support to Junior and Senior Recruiters through training and performance feedback.
• Promptly address team member concerns to foster a productive and positive work environment.
• Educate recruiters on effective candidate sourcing, selling, and closing strategies.
• Consistently exceed daily and weekly KPIs for team and individual performance metrics.
• Source and recruit qualified rehab therapy professionals through various methods.
• Match candidates with opportunities based on their licensure, skills, and preferences.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with travel therapy professionals.
• Uphold OneStaff Medical's reputation and core values in all interactions.
• Keep internal systems updated with accurate candidate information.
• Utilize consultative selling techniques to understand candidate needs and secure long-term engagements.
• Educate candidates about market trends, compensation, and licensing processes to foster trust.
• Demonstrate urgency and follow-through to move candidates quickly through the hiring and onboarding process.
