Package Investigations Specialist

Overview At Foot Locker we obsess over the customer. This is where you come in! We are looking to hire a full-time Package Investigations Specialist, a role that is vital to our company's success. You will be responsible for providing reasonable resolutions to delivery-related issues while ensuring a positive customer experience with compassion and problem-solving. This position is located on-site in our Wausau, Wisconsin office. Available full-time shift : Monday-Friday 1pm-9pm. There may be mandatory extra hours based on business needs. Compensation : $16.50 per hour. Next available start date : Monday, October 27. Training : You would attend three weeks of Customer Care Training from either 8 : 00am-12 : 30pm or 4 : 00pm-8 : 30pm Monday-Friday. Additionally, there would be one week of in-department training during your regularly scheduled shifts.

Responsibilities :

  • Providing superior customer service regarding questions or concerns around delivery-related issues and providing reasonable resolutions, keeping the company's best interest in mind
  • Speaking with internal and external customers directly over the phone or via email to resolve issues or concerns as needed
  • Efficiently entering customer information and call notes into the order management system
  • Accurately completing appropriate follow up actions for order and service resolution
  • Sending customer notifications and follow up emails regarding delivery investigations
  • Assisting with contact center phone call volume as needed
  • Qualifications :

  • Proficient computer navigation skills including ability to multi-task
  • Positive attitude
  • Professionalism while speaking with customers
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred
