A company is looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to join their Business Operations team.
Key Responsibilities
Customize and develop Salesforce functionalities, including formulas and process builders
Create and update documentation of internal CRM processes for various projects
Project manage Salesforce development projects and ensure data integrity
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in Salesforce administration
Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification (ADM 201 or higher) or equivalent experience
Expertise in building Salesforce reports and dashboards
Strong project management and technical skills
Thorough understanding of Salesforce custom objects, validation rules, and workflow processes
