Job Description

Prepare and maintain general ledger entries, account reconciliations, and monthly closings

Assist in financial statement preparation in compliance with US GAAP and / or IFRS

Analyze manufacturing costs, inventory valuation, and standard cost variances

Support budgeting and forecasting processes

Collaborate with plant operations, supply chain, and finance teams globally

Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and SOX requirements

Assist with external and internal audits

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and financial process optimization

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred)

1+ years of accounting experience, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment

Strong understanding of cost accounting and inventory accounting

Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Excel

Knowledge of international financial regulations is a plus

Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and communication skills

Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and global team environment
