- Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, carriers, and industry partners to enhance business opportunities and client retentin.
- Oversee the day to day operations, including sales performances, marketing strategies and administrative functions.
- Stay informed with industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to make informed business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulotory requirements governing the insurance industry.
Requirements
