Ability to create and maintain detailed schedules for manufacturing equipment installation. Proficiency in reading and interpreting 2D drawings, including building and process equipment layouts. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shutdown periods (e.g., July and December) as project conditions require. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Engineers, Construction Management, Technicians, Vendors, and General Contractors to achieve project milestones.
- Plan, procure, install, and commission equipment for battery production lines, including pre-production trials and launch support.
- Follow advanced cleanliness protocols (clean room) relevant to battery manufacturing areas.
- Support battery manufacturing trials to ensure equipment safety, quality, operational availability, and efficiency.
- Identify punch list items, perform root cause analysis, and manage countermeasures.
- Summarize KPIs, support mass-production handover, and address production issues.
- Engage cross-functional teams (domestic and international) on project schedules, open items, and milestones.
- Create and maintain detailed schedules for assigned areas and track milestone achievement.
- Manage budgets for assigned areas.
- Complete internal and external training as required.
