Cash Management Implementation Specialist IV

Job Description

Provides Cash Management products and services to CoBank and Farm Credit Services customers directly and through coordination with alliance partners. Provides the ability to manage money efficiently with onboarding, decommissioning, and complex modifications of the products and services offered. This is handled through document generation, review, system set-up, training, and knowledge sharing. Serves as a subject matter expert in regard to all cash management products and the related systems.

Essential Functions

• Performs all cash management activities in expected timeframes and according to documented policies and procedures.
• Supports or leads non-processing tasks, initiatives and projects.
• Prepares, processes and reviews customer documentation
• Independently completes new customer set-up within multiple cash management systems.
• Provides in depth training of cash management systems and associated products for each new customer implementation.
• Monitors customers account after initial implementation and ensures positive pay decisioning is being completed if applicable.
• Facilitates implementation of accounts and services for existing customers.
• Processes account closures, service removals, and agreement terminations.
• Processes activities such as mergers, name changes or account structure changes.
• Peer review of daily work.
• Serves as a knowledge resource for resolving internal / external department issues.
• Serves as "Mission Critical Personnel" for business continuity and reduced staffing scenarios.

Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.

The typical base pay range for this role is between $65,500 - $74,940. Compensation may vary based on individual job-related knowledge, skills, expertise, and experience. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance.
