The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensure compliance with company policies, and deliver exceptional customer service. This role leads the team, enforces standards, and maintains a welcoming environment that encourages customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage store team members, including scheduling, coaching, and performance evaluations.
  • Enforce store policies, health and safety standards, and operational procedures.
  • Support and coach staff to achieve excellence in beverage preparation, customer service, and operational tasks.
  • Ensure consistent enforcement of performance standards and barista techniques.
  • Monitor and uphold high standards of performance and presentation across all shifts.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor sales, expenses, and operational metrics, implementing improvements as needed.
  • Promote a positive, team-oriented culture rooted in respect, accountability, and excellence.
  • Support training initiatives and ensure team adherence to brand standards.

Qualifications :

  • Proven leadership experience in retail or food service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to enforce policies and uphold standards during all shifts.
  • Customer-focused with a proactive problem-solving approach.
