Talent Corps is hiring experienced Form Carpenters for a long-term concrete project in Lytle, TX (San Antonio area).

This is an excellent opportunity to join a consistent, full-time project with steady overtime while working on large-scale concrete structures.

Pay & Schedule :

$24–26 / hr (based on experience)

Monday–Friday, 7 : 00 AM – 5 : 30 PM

Regular overtime available ( 5x10s + occasional Saturdays )

Long-term project running through 2027

Job Duties :

Construct and remove formwork for structural, tilt-up, and paving concrete

Build and set forms, chutes, reveals, chamfers, and pour stops

Place, pour, and finish concrete for walls, columns, slabs, paving, and foundations

Safely operate standard carpentry and concrete tools / equipment

Requirements :

Minimum 2 years of form carpentry / concrete experience preferred

Ability to read a tape measure and use carpentry / concrete tools

Must complete safety / orientation training (provided)

Must be able to pass a drug screen and badging process

OSHA certification a plus, but not required
