This is a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge and high-value transactions involving aircraft, railcars, ships, satellites, and other specialized asset classes within a sophisticated and collaborative environment.

Candidate Profile

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record .
• Active Bar Admission in New York , in good standing.
• 5–8 years of substantive experience in structured finance , securitization , or secured lending .
• Demonstrated experience in complex finance transactions, including acquisition and leveraged financing , securities offerings , and leasing transactions .
• Knowledge of asset-backed securitizations and structured financings related to transportation assets or other esoteric asset classes.
• Proven ability to handle end-to-end deal execution in a fast-paced, transactional practice.
• Strong client service skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to navigate multi-party negotiations .
• Desire to focus on innovative transactions involving high-value transportation and space-related assets .
