What You'll Bring to the Team

As the VP of Product, AI & Workflow Automation Clinical Trials, you'll define and lead Florence's Site Portfolio and products strategy shaping the vision, roadmap, and execution that drive the digital transformation of clinical trials. As a member of the COO team, you'll partner closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer experience to ensure our products don't just meet market needs they redefine what's possible in clinical research. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for a product leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and execution.

You Will : Strategy & Vision

• Define and drive Florence's global product strategy and multi-year roadmap across all customer segments Sites, Sponsors, and CROs.
• Align product priorities with Florence's mission to automate and simplify clinical trial operations.
• Translate customer insights and market dynamics into strategic direction and tangible product outcomes.
