About the Client

The client is a recognized leader in advanced clinical diagnostics , specializing in cellular health, micronutrient testing, and genetic risk analysis . For over three decades, they have partnered with healthcare professionals nationwide to deliver innovative diagnostic insights that power personalized and preventive medicine.

They are now seeking a National Sales Manager to lead sales growth efforts across multiple regions. The ideal candidate is a dynamic and strategic sales professional with proven experience in medical or laboratory diagnostics sales , capable of driving revenue through both direct sales and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a national sales strategy to achieve growth targets and expand the client's presence in the healthcare diagnostics market.

Manage, mentor, and motivate a regional sales team to ensure consistent performance and alignment with company goals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare clients, including physicians, clinics, wellness centers, and healthcare organizations.

Oversee the entire sales cycle - from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing.

Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and industry partnerships.

Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and laboratory teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Analyze sales metrics, pipeline performance, and market trends to provide actionable insights to senior management.

Participate in regular sales meetings, product training, and national conferences to promote brand visibility.

Maintain accurate sales records and forecasting in CRM.

Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferred (in Biology, Chemistry, Nutrition, Business, or related field).

5+ years of successful experience in medical, laboratory, or diagnostic sales , with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role .

Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving territory expansion.

Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a motivational and results-driven approach.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Willingness to travel nationally as required (up to 50%).

Base Salary : Depending on experience
