Position Overview

Join a supportive, hospital-employed CRNA team in New York's Capital Region. This full-time opportunity offers a flexible schedule , collaborative culture , and exposure to routine surgical cases including OB, bariatric, urology, and vascular. No cardiac, neuro, or trauma. New graduates welcome!

Work Schedule & Call

Shift Options : 7 : 00am–3 : 00pm, 7 : 00am–5 : 00pm, or 7 : 00am–7 : 00pm

Call : 1-in-6 rotation (post-call day off; participation preferred)

Call stipend & shift differentials provided

Qualifications

NBCRNA Certification by start date – Required

NY State RN / CRNA License (or ability to obtain) – Required

BLS (and applicable certifications) – Required

New graduates welcome

Compensation & Benefits

Salary (based on years licensed) :

0–4 years : $210,080 (1880 hrs) to $232,419 (2080 hrs)

5+ years : $230,880 (1880 hrs) to $255,424 (2080 hrs)

Bonuses : $25K at start

$50K at 6 months

$25K at year 2

$10K annual quality incentive beginning year 3
