Position Summary :

The Skilled Laborer plays a critical role in supporting site development operations, including grading, trenching, and installation of underground utilities for residential communities. This position requires hands-on experience with heavy civil construction tasks and the ability to work collaboratively with equipment operators, foremen, and subcontractors to ensure safe, efficient job site performance.

Required Skills

• Proficient in the use of hand and power tools (shovels, compactors, saws, etc.)
• Ability to perform physical labor in various outdoor conditions
• Familiarity with trench safety, pipe laying, grading, and general civil site work
• Ability to read and understand construction plans and stakeout marks
• Basic understanding of job site safety practices and OSHA requirements
• Ability to work under direction and independently with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
