Overview :
We are seeking a Project Superintendent (MEPF) to lead and coordinate Mechanical and Plumbing operations on a specific commercial construction job site. In this role, you will supervise field teams, ensure projects are completed on schedule, and uphold quality and safety standards.

Duties and Responsibilities :
Responsible for overseeing / supervising work performed on mechanical and plumbing systems for a dedicated job siteProvide leadership and direction to field team, and review work for completion and quality standardsCoordinate and schedule the day-to-day job activities of helpers and subcontractors in accordance with job specific scopes of workMonitor and resolve matters relating to work procedures, complaints, damages, accidents, and delaysMaintain a daily log for the job site’s operations, reporting to management as necessaryEnsure safety standards are met and turn in safety reports required at the jobsite or by GCRead blueprints and drawings to understand or plan the layout of plumbing, waste disposal and water supply systemCollaborate with clients, project managers, and other construction management to determine budget and timelineIdentify and resolve problems and conflicts, organize meetings and cooperating with team members in various roles as necessaryCoordinate materials and equipment delivery with vendors and suppliersPerform inspections or schedule inspectors to meet the varying safety and compliance regulations of each job locationsRequirements :
Relevant experience : minimum of 5 yearsJourneyman or higher plumbing license preferredOSHA 10 certification is required, OSHA 30 preferredValid driver’s licensePass background check requirementsProficiency in Windows and Microsoft OfficeStrong project scheduling and deadline management skillsAbility to work in outdoor environments with exposure to varying weather conditionsWhy Join Staxmatic?
