Job Summary : The IT Systems Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining the company's technology systems. The primary duties include administering servers, managing all company hardware and software, including, but not limited to, laptop and desktop computers, tablets / iPads, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, virtual private networks, drivers, and phones. The Sys Admin is responsible for software and security deployment, updates, and patches. The Sys Admin will work under the direction of the Manager of Information Technology Operations, and in collaboration with the company's Business Analysts and other members of the internal and external IT support teams.

Includes but is not limited to : Ring Central, Dell, Hummingbird, Titan, CDW, Amazon, Sage, Salesforce, Adobe, DocuSign, RIMSS, etc.

Required Education / Experience / Certifications :
BSc / Ba in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline, or 1-2 years of equivalent and relevant experience.
