My client is seeking a detail-oriented CNC Programmer to develop and optimize CNC programs for precision part manufacturing. This role supports production by collaborating with engineering and quality teams and providing technical guidance on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities :

Create and refine CNC programs using CAD / CAM tools

Interpret technical drawings and select appropriate tools and machining parameters

Maintain setup sheets, tooling lists, and work instructions

Troubleshoot and revise programs as needed

Support continuous improvement and shop floor operations

Qualifications :

2+ years of CAD / CAM experience (MasterCam preferred)

Strong blueprint reading and machining knowledge

Familiarity with SolidWorks and multi-axis milling

Experience with Fanuc and Heidenhain controllers

Technical degree preferred

Pay Details : $33.00 to $40.00 per hour
