Key Responsibilities
Manage administrative functions, documentation, and audits for Zendesk and Five9
Identify and implement solutions to enhance system performance and user experience
Train team members and create detailed system documentation
Required Qualifications
2+ years of hands-on experience as a Zendesk administrator
Active certifications in Zendesk are a plus
Experience in a SaaS or operations environment
Familiarity with telephony, workforce management, and quality management tools
Knowledge of API, coding, and development
