Inventory & Reconciliation Specialist
Location : Lewiston, ID
Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM (flexible)
Pay : $25 / HR
About the Role :
Join a detail-driven team that keeps warehouse and accounting operations running smoothly. Youll research and resolve discrepancies in shipments, invoices, and inventory data ensuring everything balances accurately between systems. Ideal for someone who loves data, problem-solving, and a good spreadsheet challenge!
What You'll Do :
- Reconcile warehouse inventory and correct shipment data
- Research and fix invoice or system errors
- Process credit requests, field rejects, and damaged goods claims
- Review and verify storage invoices for accuracy
- Communicate with accounting and warehouse teams to resolve issues
