Reporting to the Associate Vice President for Administration, the Director of Physical Plant Operations provides managerial and technical oversight for the department, real property, grounds, utilities, and ensures a code compliant working environment. The director is responsible for managing the activities of the department's managerial, professional, administrative, building trade, and custodial staff. In collaboration with other department leaders, the Director of Physical Plant Operations will provide a safe, clean, modern environment that promotes learning and student success.

Non-aligned salary range : $101,854.32- $135,805.76
