Operations Coordinator

The Operations Coordinator is responsible for providing operations support to management in various areas including reporting, inventory, scheduling and quality control. A. M. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES :

Essential Primary Responsibilities :

• Maintains various reports to keep management aware of potential trends, shortages, back orders and order status.
• Communicates purchasing requirements for the production schedule to the procurement.
• Coordinates all schedules, lead times and expedites with planners and sales as needed.
• Supports inventory reconciliation and control.
• Responds to service requests from sales department.
• Verifies correct location of inventory in rack system and floor.
• Assists in training new employees as requested.
• Performs other related work as assigned.
