LHH has partnered with a well-established company in Fort Worth, TX. They are looking to hire a Credit & Collections Specialist to assist with credit, commercial collections and aging analysis. This is a contract to hire opportunity and will be working onsite. This position will pay $25-28 / hour. Apply now if your background meets the criteria below!
Description :
Process new accounts by gathering credit information for new customers and establishing credit limits for assigned accounts
Analyze information and assist in the decision of whether to release customer orders on hold in a timely manner
Secure necessary collection documentation such as invoice copies, proof of delivery, and purchase order copies, needed by customer to make payments
Contact customers / salesmen regarding short payments, delinquent balances, and credit limit issues
Conduct periodic credit reviews of your assigned customer base that includes analyzing payment history and trends to identify possible risk exposure and action to take on future orders
Requirements :
AR / Commercial Collections experience, (2 plus years)
Ability to manage credit responsibilities
Ability to recognize and research billing problems and to identify component parts
Ability to cooperate with team members and with supervisor
Proficient in Excel & Word

Pay Details : $25.00 to $28.00 per hour
