Job Description

A Shorebase Rigger is responsible for loading and unloading equipment and supplies, maintaining warehouse facilities, and performing general clean-up work. This position requires good communication and computer skills and the ability to operate a forklift and work effectively as part of a team. The applicant must be local to the South Louisiana / Fourchon area as the position does not provide housing.

Responsibilities

Loads and unloads equipment and supplies to and from trucks.

Loads and unloads supplies to and from supply room.

Loads and unloads grocery trucks and boxes.

Maintains warehouse facilities : sweeps, mops, etc. and performs various other related duties and responsibilities.

Performs general clean-up work.

May be required to operate forklift.

Must be a team player and able to get along with others.

Work on tasks assigned by foreman and / or customer.

Qualifications

TWIC Card.

Oilfield maintenance background a plus.

Forklift experience a plus.

Must be a team player and able to get along with others.
