Job Description
We are seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented Paid Media Manager to implement and optimize paid advertising campaigns primarily across social, audio, and YouTube platforms. This person will ensure campaigns are set up for success, optimized for performance, and tracked rigorously to hit various KPIs. The role requires close collaboration with our Sales, Content, and Creative teams to align on strategy, messaging, and performance goals.
Key Responsibilities
Build, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, X, programmatic audio, and other emerging channels.
Monitor campaign performance daily, adjusting bids, targeting, and creative placements as needed.
Implement proper tracking and measurement strategies, including pixel / tag management.
Work with the Creative team to ensure ad assets meet platform specs and are optimized for performance.

The base salary compensation range for this role is $90,000 to $120,000. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidates' relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, sick leave, vacation time, personal time, parental leave and employee stock purchase plan.
