A company is looking for a Pharmacist to work from home on a six-month contract with the possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities

Engage members and schedule pharmacist consultation appointments for clinical programs

Prioritize patient privacy and adhere to HIPAA regulations while providing clinical recommendations

Document patient care notes and participate in departmental meetings to improve clinical programs

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD

Current and unrestricted Pharmacist license in the state of residence

Residency in specified states for consideration

Strong knowledge of disease state management guidelines and MTM Services

Proficient in navigating MTM platforms and using technology effectively
