Work Type : In-person (strictly on-site)

We are seeking a skilled Communications Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in shaping and promoting our organization's voice, vision, and values across various platforms. This position will involve creating compelling content for our website, social media, newsletters, and press releases, ensuring that our messaging is consistent and resonates with our target audiences.

Responsibilities :

Develop and implement effective communication strategies to promote organizational initiatives.
Create, edit, and publish engaging content across various platforms including websites, social media, and newsletters.
Manage media relations and serve as the primary point of contact for press inquiries.
Monitor and analyze communication trends and effectiveness, providing recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
Organize and facilitate internal and external events to enhance community engagement.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.

Proven experience in a communications role, preferably within a corporate or non-profit environment.

Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a strong attention to detail.

Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing tools.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

Experience with media relations and public speaking.
