Technical Skills : Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D, TR20, EPASWMM (preferred) Stormwater modeling and permit preparation expertise. Soft Skills : Strong problem-solving and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Design and manage civil engineering projects (grading, utilities, roadways, stormwater) Prepare construction documents, permit applications, and agency submittals. Conduct site visits and construction observation. Coordinate with clients, agencies (IEPA, MWRD, IDOT, etc.), and project teams. Prepare stormwater management reports and hydraulic calculations. Manage project schedules, budgets, and client communications.
