POSITION SUMMARY
Th is position is responsible for delivering outstanding service to guests during breakfast hours. This role involves setting up and keeping the breakfast buffet organized, a ssisting guests, and m aintaining a clean and inviting dining space. The b reakfast a ttendant is essential in creating a positive guest experience and ensuring that all food and beverage offerings align with the hotel's high-quality standards.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet, ensuring that food and beverage items are stocked and presented attractively.
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, assisting with seating and answering any questions regarding breakfast offerings.
- Provide outstanding customer service, addressing guests' needs and requests promptly and courteously.
- Monitor food levels throughout breakfast hours, replenishing items as necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including clearing tables and wiping down surfaces.
- Ensure proper food safety and sanitation practices are followed, including handling and storing food properly.
- Prepare coffee, tea, and other beverages for guests, ensuring quality and freshness.
- Assist guests with any special requests or dietary requirements, offering alternatives when necessary.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner and escalate to management when appropriate .
- Close the breakfast area at the end of the service, ensuring that all items are properly stored or disposed of, and the area is left clean and organized.
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while working as part of the team.
- All other duties as assigned.

No direct supervisory responsibilities.

High School education or GED required to accomplish the essential functions of this job. Our ideal candidate will have prior experience in a high-end hotel and / or One-year high volume bar experience required . Customer service experience preferred.
