Successful and Growing Software Company is Expanding the Presales Team

Are you working in consultative sales and are you dreaming of a career in an international B2B Software-as-a-Service company?

For more than 25 years, Dynaway has been exclusively focused on Enterprise Asset and Maintenance Management (EAM) solutions built for Microsoft Dynamics platforms. Briefly put, we are asset and maintenance management experts, and we are widely considered the industry leader in our field. To support our continuous, global growth, we are searching for a Solution Engineer to join our US-based organization. You will report directly to the General Manager and will work closely with senior Partner Success Managers in Dynaway's commercial organization.

The Dynaway Presales Team

Globally, Dynaway goes to market with +100 reselling partners, who work together with end-users to cover their software needs for business-critical processes. Our commercial team is primarily responsible for driving sales success through our reselling channel. Secondarily, our team is also involved in sales cycles directly with end-users of our software.

As a Solution Engineer, you play a critical role in our collaboration with reselling partners as well as in dialogues directly with end-users. You will be an integral part of the sales process and will focus primarily on presales-related activities such as product demonstrations to prospective, and existing end-users.

Job Position

Your key responsibilities will include :

  • Driving general product demonstrations of Dynaway's software for prospective end-users – primarily through online sessions.
  • Leading in-depth feature-focused presentations tailored to the specific business needs of prospective and current users.
  • Contributing to the digital transformation of the customer purchasing journey.
  • Creating documentation to ensure clear and effective internal communication regarding ongoing cases.
  • Offering insights on market trends and developments to relevant internal teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in an associated, relevant field.
  • Experience working in a presales or consulting role – ideally in a software or technology company.
  • Ability to effectively communicate the business value of complex technological solutions.
  • Consistently demonstrate a positive and professional demeanor, especially on meetings with partners and end-users.
  • Possess a proactive mindset and a "can-do-attitude".
