  • Job Description :

    • We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Floating Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining the functionality and efficiency of our facilities across multiple locations. The Floating Maintenance Technician will support various sites, ensuring equipment, systems, and facilities are operating optimally.

  • Key Responsibilities :
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks and repairs on machinery and mechanical equipment across multiple locations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and proactively address problems to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with site managers to prioritize and schedule maintenance tasks.
  • Maintain and update maintenance logs and documentation for each site.
  • Support occasional installation and modification projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, providing efficient solutions.
  • Assist in managing inventory for maintenance supplies and equipment.
  • Adhere to all company policies and environmental, health, and safety standards.
  • Qualifications :
  • High school diploma or equivalent; trade school or technical degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in maintenance work, including knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel between locations as needed.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and work environments.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
