NFI North is seeking Direct Care Counselors (Relief) for our Transitional Housing Program in Ashland, NH. This program provides comprehensive clinical, vocational services, and life skills for adults living with mental illness seeking independent living. Many participants achieve independence by obtaining apartments and attending college with staff support.

Responsibilities :

• Supervise daily activities of participants, providing support, guidance, and role modeling as needed.
• Facilitate improvements in personal responsibility, social skills, community living skills, and behavior.
• Complete specific trainings related to this program.
• Availability during nights and weekends is required.
