Financial Care Representative

A company is looking for a Financial Care Representative in Patient Access-Registration.

Key Responsibilities

Interact with customers to provide exceptional service regarding billing and collections

Process payment transactions, establish payment arrangements, and manage correspondence

Maintain compliance with policies and procedures, including HIPAA regulations

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience

One year of experience in healthcare billing or medical insurance required

Minimum of two years' experience in customer service required

Knowledge of medical terminology and basic CPT and ICD coding desired

Billing, coding, or collections certification preferred
